Installation Conditions for VPSA Oxygen Generation Systems

  1. The oxygen generation equipment room should be well-ventilated, with clean and pollution-free incoming air.

Storage and Transportation Conditions for VPSA Oxygen Generation Systems

  7. Small dry powder fire extinguishers and other fire-fighting equipment should be equipped in the oxygen generation station.
  8. The pressure gauge used in oxygen generation equipment should be inspected annually, and a seal should be affixed after passing the inspection.
  9. Before the equipment is depressurized, any maintenance work related to pressure is strictly prohibited.
  10. Regularly check the airtightness of equipment pipelines and pipe fittings. If air leakage is found, repair it in time. The equipment can only be started after passing the inspection.
  11. It is recommended that the lighting and ventilation facilities of the oxygen generation station use explosion-proof and safety-type circuits.
  12. Before the first start-up of each equipment, all aspects of the system should be carefully checked to confirm that the equipment has not been damaged during transportation and unloading.
  13. The raw material used by the oxygen generation equipment is air, so the oxygen generation area should maintain good ventilation, and the surrounding air should not be polluted.
